   简要规则描述：高东门球体育中心由专业的第三方运行管理以来，运行更加规范、有序、高效，服务覆盖面更加广泛，公益活动深受群众喜爱。为此，2025年度拟再次通过公开采购的方式，选取一家第三方专业单位进行运行管理，主要包括各类场地、场馆日常运行管理、各类活动开展、相关设施维护等。服务范围：门球体育中心大楼4670平方米及6片室外门球场。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:Since the operation and management of Gaodongmenqiu Sports Center by a professional third party, the operation has become more standardized, orderly and efficient, the service coverage is more extensive, and the public welfare activities are deeply loved by the masses. To this end, in 2025, it is planned to select a third-party professional unit for operation and management through public procurement, mainly including the daily operation and management of various venues and venues, the development of various activities, and the maintenance of related facilities.
